DESCRIPTION

Takumi Motion Controls is Startup based out of Bangalore, India. Our focus in India is delivering EV Powertrain Solutions to Our Customers in Collaboration with our Japanese Peers.

Upholding the Vision of ‘Innovate in India with Japanese Technology’, We are developing Vehicle Powertrain Solutions (Motor controller, vehicle controller etc.,) for Electric Vehicles that will cater to selected segments in the Indian Market. With Localized design and In House Manufacturing of Solutions we strive to enable the Small Electric Vehicle Eco System.

Key Responsibilities

  • The responsibilities of the Human Resource Partner includes,
    • HR Process Management
    • Learning and Development
    • Management Reporting

     The details of the responsibilities are as below.

Human Resource Process Management:

  • Create and maintain a balanced Employee handbook that captures the following
    •  Onboarding
    • Work-schedule & Attendance
    • Leave Policy
    • Code of conduct
    • Compensation
    • Rewards & Recognition
    • Performance Management
    • Travel policy
    • Employee welfare & others
  • Arrive at and define the process for each one of the employee journey stages from onboarding to retirement
  • Other than the employee handbook define internal processes for
    • Attendance & Payroll
    • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Compensation
    • Performance Management
    • Management reporting
  •  Create the contract documents for employees that includes
    • Offer letters (Employees & Interns)
    • NDA for employees & interns
  •  Create and manage compliance programs
    • Local government employee laws
    • Customer specific compliance

Learning & Development:

  • L&D is linked to the organizational capability and success
  • Organization capability requirement is mapped working along with various functional teams
  • A continuous L&D program (calendar) is created to assist Organization’s capability
  • Build a network of external partners working along with functional teams
  • L&D calendar is executed with both internal and external partners

Management Reporting:

  • Create a dashboard that captures key Human Resource related index
  • Key Human resource index includes parameters like
    • Attendance & Leaves
    • Employee engagement index
    • Organizational capability & Gap
    • Others (to be discussed & evolved)

EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE

  • Degree or Equivalent Experience : Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or anyone passionate about building a strong organization)
  • Years of Experience : 0 to 2 years
  • Areas of Expertise (Preferred)
    • Understanding of organizational behaviour & theory of org-structure
    • Basic understanding of labour laws in India
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to create contents
    • Team Player- be able to work with the functional teams
    • Ability to plan and complete tasks indpendently
